How do I get a printed catalog? Order a printed catalog to answer concerns over the details of a specific image. Catalog  and all the latest supplements are available for $4.50.
What forms of payment do you accept? I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and checks ( domestic only.)
How much is shipping?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Shipping is $5.00 for all US orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).  UPS by special request only and may incur additional cost.

International Orders are an additional $16.00 for a total of $21.00. 

NEW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Effective immediately (7/07), small rubberstamp orders will be shipped Global Priority (large is the only size available now for $13.00 shipping and handling, I will refund the overpayment).  All other orders will be shipped First Class Mail International with insurance. The shopping cart will charge a minimum of $21.00 shipping and handling. 

Please email me with your address exactly as you want it shipped.  My shopping cart, credit card processor and Paypal do not always allow for adequate space for foreign addresses.  I  will not be responsible for packages returned or not received due to address issues unless insured.

 I will make a refund of unused shipping and handling charges.

Some bulky or heavy items carry additional shipping charges.  These are clearly stated on each online catalog page.

How quickly will my order ship? You will have to be patient with me, I am a one woman operation.  It takes me a minimum of 3-4 business days to process orders.  If you have a special rush, please contact me and I will see what I can do.
Why is there no cushion on the stamps? I sell my stamps unmounted and untrimmed.  There are so many mounting systems available.  Each has its own cushion need.  Above the Mark dies are sold without cushion so each customer is free to mount the dies using their own system.
Why is sales tax being charged on orders within California? It recently came to my attention, I was incorrectly charging sales on orders with California.  As crazy as it sounds, I have to charge sales tax on shipping and handling.  Sorry.
Do you sell wholesale? Sorry, but I do not sell wholesale, only retail unmounted.  Nor do I allow the retail purchase of my stamps to be resold for any commercial purpose.   
Are you an angel company? Above The Mark is an angel company. Artwork may be sold if the image is hand stamped. For personal purposes, feel free to use my images as you please.
What is your return policy? First quality dies are all I sell, no seconds.  Defective dies will be replaced at no cost. Exchanges or refunds must completed within 30 days of original purchase.
Do you make custom stamps?

 

 

 


Sorry, but I don't make custom stamps.  Custom stamps are most economically produced using laser engraving technology. I operate on magnesium plate technology which is great for producing 5000 of something. It is too expensive to make custom stamps. The bimonthly publication Rubberstampmadness maintains a list of rubber stamp companies that are currently offering custom services.
