The image you see below is a small thumbnail of the actual image. To download,  click on the image you want to go to the a page with the  image file. Then right click with your mouse.  Use the "save picture as" option to download the image to your hard drive.   (If you use the "print picture" option, the image will be huge and of poor quality as it will only print what is on the screen, not transfer the actual image.) Depending on your internet connection speed, downloading may take some time.  Most files are 200 dpi to allow for a better quality image.
